In case you haven’t noticed from this list, the 1980s was a heyday for toys. A lot of different lineups were produced. Some were a flash in the pan, while others went on to have a lot of longevity. The Dinosaucers fall into the former category, though that hasn’t stopped them from being auctioned off for hundreds of dollars nowadays.

The Dinosaucers had a TV series that coincided with the toy sales, but the show didn’t fare very well. The toy lineup, therefore, was scrapped before the huge selection of Dinosaucers were released. The company sold the molds and patents to a Brazilian company, Glasslite, which produced the toys in limited-edition quantities.
