Rules and deadlines for email support.
To expedite our response, please observe the following rules when writing to us:
- Response time: We respond within 5 business days , Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm (Brasilia time). Messages sent on weekends and holidays will be answered on the next business day.
- Clear subject line: In the subject line, write the reason for your contact (e.g., "Correction of article," "Story suggestion," "LGPD request"). This helps to direct your message.
- Describe in detail: when reporting an error, include the link (URL) to the page and a description of the problem. For LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) requests, specify which right you wish to exercise.
- Do not send sensitive data: never send passwords, card numbers, full CPF (Brazilian tax ID) or bank details via email. We do not request this type of information.
- No spam: messages with offensive content, unsolicited advertising, or chain letters can be ignored.
