The fantasy board game Dungeons & Dragons was created in the mid-1970s and became popular, becoming a particularly big craze in the 1980s. This game is based on an RPG and has all the characters you can imagine, from ice giants to dragons and wizards. For two decades, Tactical Studies Rules, Inc. published the game. In 1997, Wizards of the Coast became the publisher.
In addition to the games and everything that accompanies them, the Dungeons and Dragons also had its own toy line. These vintage and contemporary toys can sell for up to US$20 per figure, depending on condition and year. If you have a collection, like the one shown here, you may be better off selling it as a whole rather than selling figures individually.
